As someone who has experienced the profound benefits of meditation and mindfulness ( particularly with anxiety, addiction & stress) I am honored to be sharing these practices with others.

As a practitioner of meditation and mindfulness for many years, I have found that they are powerful tools for cultivating inner peace, spiritual connection, reducing anxiety, and improving daily quility of life. With daily mediation and mindfulness tools & practice , no matter what life throws our way we are able to find satability and peace in the situation.

Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for some time, I am here to support you on your journey towards self care , greater self-awareness and stress reduction.

I offer personalized 1:1 sessions via Zoom, ( link here to book now) where we will work together to develop a meditation practice tailored to your specific needs and goals. In these sessions, you will learn simple mindfulness tools and the foundations of meditation, even if you have never meditated before.

If you have experince with meditation practice you may wish to expand your tools , try new ones or just have the guidance and support with me 1:1 or in meditation group . With the convenience of virtual sessions, you can participate in these sessions from the comfort of your own home, making it easy to incorporate meditation into your daily routine.

In addition to 1:1 sessions, I also offer monthly group meditation sessions both day and night time ( link to book here now) that provide an opportunity to connect with others and experience the collective energy of group meditation.

These sessions are a wonderful way to deepen or build your practice and build a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
